Those and the Mercedes Benz commercials. Like who can afford those, as a Christmas gift, no less. Oh, yeah, that 1%...

how about the one where the mom drops off the kid at school and asks if she should let him out a block early and he says no, that's okay, then you see that the car's a hummer (or something huge like that). It's sick!!!

where the biggest challenge to its high wheel clearance is the speed bump by the school . . . never seen dirt except when the kids are picked up after soccer practice . . . yeah, these are the people who have their own "business" so they can get the 1/2 off deal on their taxes just to show off their new H2 . . .

I'd like to take that damn car and drive it right over the guy in the Verizon "Can you hear me now?" ads.
And if the Miller Lite football referees got in the way while I was running him down, I wouldn't complain.

7. the Land Rover ad in the UK |
|
a dork family drive their behemoth thro' pristine African wilderness. Dad is a grinning dork, mom is a harridan and there are two gormless brats in the back faces pressed against the windows and gawping at the natives. The natives have quiet dignity - those in the car are dimwit arseholes...a behemoth chewing up the wilderness and that's a "good thing"? Excuse me?
Fucking advertisments. Hello feeblebrain...we are portraying YOU...this is how YOU are. Just buy this "product" and YOU will be this person/lifestyle. Yup, buy the toothpaste, get the girl. Fucking adverts.
Sorry people, I just puke at advertisements.

of people telling different stories. I think it is one of the best I have seen in a long time.
I am with ya on the Lexus commercial. It is dumb.
