The Heirarchy of Rovian Punishments (Help me with this one)

Minor infraction of disagreement with Bush Policy:
Rush Limbaugh makes fun of the offender.

2nd Offense or particularly effective disagreement:
Limbaugh AND Hannity make fun of the offender and question the patriotism or sexuality of the offender.

Exposing a Bush lie:
All of the above plus they go after the offender's family.

Ther's got to be a lot more here, I'm a bit too lazy to think of more and it's more fun to read other DU'ers thoughts on the subject anyway.
