Spelling 'Challenge' baffles White House (Photo)

"The word 'challenges' -- a main theme of a two-day White House economic conference that ended on Thursday -- was misspelled on a large television monitor that stood in front of Bush during a panel discussion."

This reminds me of the ditched Convair with "eelect Bush" painted on the side. It must mean something.

2. "eelect Bush"???
That may have had something to do with electronic voting. Maybe they really meant it. Couldn't have meant "reelect" since he wasn't elected in the first place. I think there is something to "eelect".

So, now I have to ponder what does "challanges" really mean.

7. eelec--trol-cute Bush
I would like to run the defibulator if he ever needed it.

After he revived, I would give him a half dozen more just to be safe.

Twice as many votes as the text-oriented one and about 1 point lower.

Yeah, you are right about the photo, I didn't look at the insert artice the first time.

8. It reminds me of the Potatoe mishap suffered by ... Quayle
They don't need to know how to spell. They have the morality market cornered and posses atom bombs.

10. In other news
The White House has ordered the recall of all English-language dictionaries in order to correct the mispelling of the word challange. President Bush was quoted as saying 'It's just the right thing to do'.

11. That's what happens when you only hire your cronies to
fill in important jobs. The quality goes down.
