1. Interviewed Liza Featherstone, author of Selling Women Short: The Landmark Battle for Worker's Rights at Wal-mart and the article "Down and Out in Discount America," here:

2. He noted the unprecendented fact that there are orphans as a result of this war (in talking about the 900 children left without a parent).

3. He made quite a strong, unequivocal statement that he will leave the Democratic party if they vote to confirm Gonzales' nomination.
