Not only that, I don't have any insurgents on my payroll. If they're going to forgive debt, why don't I get to be first in line? I'm an American, I work, I contribute to the well-being of this country. Why don't I deserve help?

I'm all for the Iraqis getting help--but there are those of us who need help, too, and maybe first, since we are, after all, citizens. Seriously, if they can forgive a whole country's debt--why not mine?

If you had millions of dollars, you probably would get your loan forgiven. Enron get millions back with the tax cut, celebrities are sent free designer clothing....

If you're not making anyone money (or being bombed), they want your money. It's the American way!

Btw, I have a LOT of money due in student loans, and after paying rent, HEATING BILLS, car crap, and food, I don't have hundreds sitting around to pay them. I don't know why they figure since you're done with school you are pulling down 60K or something.
