I'm looking to see where we can make up some seats.

1. Bill "Cat Killer" Frist isn't going to run in 06 |
|
So that seat is a definite possibility. Harold Ford has already said he will run for it, so we'll see.
Other possibilites thrown around: Trent Lott could retire in '06. There's som rumors that Kay Bailey Hutchinson of Texas won't see re-election. Jon Kyl of Arizona may not run either.
In terms of seats we can pick up: I think we can defeat both Rick Santroum and Bill Talent with the right candidate. Maybe....just maybe George Allen could be defeated if we run Warner.
All in all though, it will be an uphill battle.

2. Frank Lautenberg in NJ is expected to retire again |

Robert Menendez, Robert Andrews and Frank Pallone have been talked about, with one of them likely to have already taken Jon Corzine's seat after his gubernatorial run in 2005.
