Schwarzeneggers Sued for Fraud
LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - The Governator has been sued again, but not for harassment.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife Maria Shriver have been named in a suit by lawyer Susan Loggans, who claims the couple lied about damage to a $7.95 million Pacific Palisades home they sold to her on Sept. 28.

According to a document on TheSmokingGun.com, Loggans claims that even though she purchased the property "as is," the Schwarzeneggers' disclosure regarding the repairs necessary didn't jibe with the true extent of the damage to the home.

4. Good luck to her, but ...
"as is" is just what it says. It was up to her to have the house inspected appropriately prior to buying it

8. I hope they lose in this lawsuit. The house has mold
and mold can cause serious health issues.

Also, insurance companies don't cover damage caused by mold. Even Erin Brockovich, of all people, had a million-dollar house with toxic mold in it that caused her and her family all sorts of health problems.

12. Even in California ...
that's a damn nice house. My guess is that the buyer can well afford to fix the problems herself and frankly, there's no reason for Ahnold and Maria to "withhold information". It's not like they're hard up for money. I wonder what the house is worth if said problems didn't exist. Probably about $8 Million, which is what the woman paid. I'm no fan of Ahnuld, but this seems a bit like extortion to me.

11. There is a reasonable explanation
Arnold's house hasn't been damaged in THIS timeline yet.

But in 200 years, cyborgs from the future are going to travel back in time to January 21, 2005 and attack it.

Arnold was merely trying to make sure he had the money on-hand to repair his home and defend Earth from the cyborgs.
