In all seriousness--what is the difference between FUNDIE/Freepers/BUSHCO

Not that I want to cause any racist talks or anything but after see a doc on the history of the KKK I am seeing some scary similarities between them and those above.

Am I completely out of the ball park or have KKK ideas found a way to be reinvented?

A fundie takes religion to the extreme
A freeper takes BushCo to the extreme
BushCo is the whole set of evil doers, Bushie, Cheney, Scooter, PNAC, Global Corporatists, Focus on Family, and so on. Add your evil doers here.

The KKK took their dislike of blacks to the extreme.

5. It's still the KKK

Blind hatred towards brown people of all sorts.

Openly suppressing the black vote.
Using napalm against people that aren't lily-white.
Racial profiling (because those "brown" folks are more likely to be criminals, doncha know).

Bush has given plenty of speeches with code words directed toward fundies and his KKK constituency, though the latter may turn on him any day now since he's still got some colored folks and Jews left in his cabinet. That may be a dividing line between some religious nuts and Klansmen.

7. Then this Doc my friend showed me. (granted came in after the first

15 minutes) really is screwing with peoples minds. It stated that one possible way the KKK could evolve was to give the impression of being all inclusive to untied everyone against one "enemy" then start "Hacking off the undesirable pieces" after the "Enemy" is destroyed.


My friend got this Doc in the mail and was trying to figure out who would send her that vid. It was very weird.
