Bush: Time's "Person Of The Year" (Allow Me To Projectile Vomit!)
Get this... "For sticking to his guns (literally and figuratively), for reshaping the rules of politics to fit his ten-gallon-hat leadership style and for persuading a majority of voters that he deserved to be in the White House for another four years, George W. Bush is TIME's 2004 Person of the Year"

1. Yeah it really is insane...
How a coke snorting, alcoholic, failed businessman, spoiled idiot rich boy has managed to rise to this. Only in America.

I would ask the TIME staff however: would you call Bush a role model? I doubt they would.

4. I was going to say the same thing
But given that the focus of *'s entire campaign this year was Kerry, I'd think the media would make Kerry Person of the Year.

And, sticking to what guns?

It's our kids who are brandishing weapons for his greed. He'd shoot himself in the foot...

3. Total bullshit...............
"and for persuading a majority of voters that he deserved to be in the White House for another four years", what crap. He persuaded two black box voting company CEOs that he deserved another four years. That's all it took. He NEVER persuaded a majority of voters.
The bullshit perpetuates itself.

7. TIME's my persona non grata not only for this year but
many years to come. BOYCOTT it. Buy "The Nation" and "Mother Jones". Refuse to oil that propaganda machine any longer. If you really have to read something in it, cruise medical office waiting rooms for a copy or the library.
