Is that if you think that someone is an instigator, troublemaker or just plain poopiehead, you hit alert on their offensive post. The mods see the alert, check the post, check their other posts and make a determination as to whether to dropkick them into RimJob's catheter bag.

5. Only when used in a sentance such as

"Fucking freepers are idiots". Be sure to capitalize the first word in a snetence. Also, freepers, being a noun, should have a descriptive adjective such as neanderthal. And don't forget the verb. Verbs are action words and we know freepers a re all about action. Like stomping on the first amendment and most of the ten commandments.
