The Difference, then and now
Clinton could read AND think about what he was saying, AND formulate new thoughts whilst he was speaking intelligently.

Shrub can do the same, as long as he has a paper before him... and doesn't get asked too many complicated questions. It's quite a difference that has been hard to take.

1. No, words on paper aren't easy for him.
He can't read very well. They have him fitted with an miniature ear piece for better control.
But you knew that...didn't you?
