What the Shrubbites' "vetting" of KERIK showed was that they could not even process INFORMATION EVERYBODY KNEW about him, so how can they claim to process INTELLIGENCE???

This dovetails into the overall Shrub conceit that he ought to be granted on-the-job benefits, "learning" places and governments by how they are bombed or how they heel.
