Now he's creating Hell on earth... In other words, I honestly believe he's the Anti-Christ, the Devil's Advocate or the Spawn of Satan.

7. I can't answer that
It's too big a judgement for me to make.

That said:

If he were to have Something Really Bad happen after he died, I think it would be to be reincarnated in an alternate universe as the collective consciousness of a rare and extremely benign (as in, no treatment required, it'll stay there, but you'll live with no adverse effects) intestinal bacteria colony. But that's just me and, honestly, I don't think it's quite harsh enough.

11. If hell exists, I doubt any of us is wise enough to determine
who goes there and who does not.

Personally, I think anyone who becomes too identified with power and possessions can't stand being stripped of them all after death, to meet everyone else as an absolute equal in every way, with no externals to define himself. That would be hell to most of them, while not bothering the poor all that much.

Who knows? All I know is that my one near death experience was the best high I ever had. I'm quite looking forward to experiencing it again.

Hell is a myth for suffering people. "Don't you worry about those guys who are fucking you over", says the myth, "they'll get what's coming to them after they die". Heaven is a myth, too, by the way. Same purpose.

"Don't ask for justice", is the message.

It's morbidly funny that people still cling to these ideas.

18. Unfortunately, it is not up to me.
I don't think he believes in God. He kinda wants to. But God would not like what he is doing. I think he sees God as a warm fuzzy "father" type kindof like his dad. One who will forgive him of all his sins, so he can do whatever he wants.

Well, I do believe in God. And boy is Bush in for a surprise when he finds out that there is a God and Bush will be accountable for all his actions. Just what form that will take, who knows.

But there is Justice in the beyond.

The moral arc of the Universe bends towards justice. - Dr. ML King

38. bullshit
There is no collective guilt by race, nationality, sex, or any other such shared characteristic. We are rightfully held responsible for what we do, not for who we are. For better or for worse, being American was part of our identity from the time of our birth.

If you could change this, you would, right? But there is a limit to your individual power in this situation.

Some of us happen to think that we actually do better by staying here and fighting, continuing to vote and try our very hardest to directly change the system, rather than self-righteously quitting and leaving behind our families and friends here. I don't begrudge those who choose to go, but don't attack those who remain.

46. Attack?
Who's attacking anybody? All I said is that if there is a hell (and I'm personally doubtful) we're all going. I guess that's sort of a democratic ideal. One for all, all for one...

As evidence of my guilt, money that I earned and surrendered is going to kill people with whom I have no quarrel. A party that I support (and I DON'T mean the republican party) stood by and let this happen. OK, so now I'm attacking, but not you, friend.

By doing so, they subvert the Christian movement into darkness.

30. The devil is preparing the Presidential Chamber - with red, white
and blue flames -- just for bushie -- right now. The devil apparently prepares special Chambers for special people long long before they stand for judgment on where to go (according to popular mythology)

This according to the devil in a play I saw this weekend.

The play was about AIDS -- written and produced by Caribbean actors and the play is touring the Caribbean.

When the devil makes his entrance he is talking on a cell phone to his assistance in hell -- they are talking about GW Bush who has an automatic pass straight to hell -- the devil then makes the remark about the Presidential Chamber (in hell) with the red, white and blue flame.

It was the way these lines were delivered -- and the fact that the audience was about 80% Caribbean -- that got the devil lots of laughs.

Personally I don't know if there is a heaven or a hell -- many cultures do believe in some sort of after life. In Hawaii the really bad people aren't directed to the entrance to Po -- the Hawaiian after life and thus the bad souls are left to wonder in search of the jumping off point for Po.

This is why I want bush to live a long life (I want no harm to come to him) -- the longer he lives the more likely he will be forced to face the fact that he is a useless, pathetic creep -- and that he is a war criminal in the eyes of the world. A living failed very old bushie can be held up to children as an example of what democracy is NOT. Bush's crimes are beyond judgement in the US -- they are now of an International scale -- and thus he should be judged by the world. But I don't see this happening until he is very old -- the US is a third rate nation and owing the whole world more money than there is in the world to repay all the debts racked up by the bush gang.

My elderly friends who lived through Hitler's reign assure me that countries do wake up and toss out the evil ones.

I don't want my Hell messed up by the fecal throwing Chimp. Heaven can have him.

If Lucifer is the Lucifer of Milton, Hell is my paradise anyway. Lucifer was a pretty rational being... and if some smart engineer hasn't already developed AC and heat pumps....

The whole eternal damnation for me would be spending eternity listening to hymns and praise. It would be like an eternity with the MSM giving * the pass. In Heaven, you don't criticize god. Me? It would have a list of complaints gigabytes long. even if offered an apartment in Heaven, if he has to look at everyone in the eye and know they can see him for what he was.

or

What if Heaven and Hell are really the same, but the conditions in Heaven may be intolerable for the elitists, the sadists, the bullies, the selfish, the greedy, the power hungry, etc. Heaven would be an acquired taste.

I think many Christians just view Heaven as just a terrific vacation resort and Hell as a torture chamber. I think this view is immature at best.
