My 2nd bumper sticker, ever - is a DUzy!

I received my DemocraticUnderground.Com bumper sticker (drum roll, please!) today, 2nd one I've ever felt strongly enough to actually display. Kerry/Edwards was my 1st, put it inside of rear window (safe from redneck neighbors). I want to mount DU where it rightfully belongs ... in full view, prideful, in your face, take this, read my - well, you get the idea. Now, can a experienced bumper type person tell me, will it stay affixed to a nonmetallic, kinda rubberized type of bumper? I want it to STAY put!

Never liked name brand clothing or stickers, etc. Just don't like to be a walking billboard for corporate interests. DU is my BIG exception - DU is for MY future, & the futures of everyone I care about - DU is us! Dang, if it don't feel like a big ol' union hall!

That's why you're getting it, right? For donating? I am still waiting for mine and it's been awhile already.

In the fall I donated to NARAL and was promised a t shirt. Never received that either. sigh...

I donated to DU a few weeks ago and i got my star, but i have yet to receive my bumper sticker. Does anyone know how long it takes for you to receive it?

I can't remember exactly what date I donated but it was sometime in mid November I believe. I too received my thank you letter and DU sticker yesterday. I'm still trying to decide whether to put the sticker on my car or my guitar. Thank you DU!!!

9. I donated many, many weeks ago

3. Donation - @ a month ago during the fund drive. I'm a tightwad ...

or rather, money is tight. This was one fundraiser I wish I had MORE to cash send, DU has kept my head on straighter since Nov. knocked my little corner of the world off center! Lurked for a long time, reading & learning - then desperately scratched at the door after the elections, needed to make contact w/like-minded people. I know they have been swamped with newbies (like me!), so keep in mind it's probably taking some doing just catching up.

4. Proudly displaying my DU sticker

Donated about a month ago and it came in the mail yesterday, so I wouldn't say it takes too long to get one. Living in a * county in Ohio, I too want to make sure one of his freaks doesn't remove it. I don't care that it took super-glue; My DU sticker is on to stay!

You can get magnetic backings for stickers and place them on your car as you wish. www.evolvefish.com sells them and you can get them other places as well.
