of course "Historic NY" may reply since you did post a link regarding my question yesterday. (heheheh)

Is it me, or could I just be a conspiracy nut job, but of all of you who listen to DU and your favorite show is Randi's, is it the hardest show to keep constant streaming during the whole show? I'm constantly losing her on my computer as that is the only way I can listen to her show.

Could it be because the servers get busier? Is it because I have a Dell Computer? Is it because those idiots that claim to be Christians but are really bigots are signing on too to listen to Randi? Could it be a conspiracy against Randi? Against Air America?

Seriously, why does that happen every freaken day? I'm sick of it and feeling somewhat anxious about the whole situation personally.

1. I never have any problem with the Randi stream.

And I'm using a Dell. :D

I might check the streaming software you are using, upgrade it, etc, before you go flying for the :tinfoilhat: :)

2. Thanks crispini. I use a program called "Replay Radio" that

records the shows as they are playing. I later edit out all of the commercials, and then save to disc for personal collection.

Replay Radio streams using either Windows Media Player or Real Player. I have no trouble whatsoever with the other shows (except Mike Malloy), plus I have DSL.

The techs said it could be some static in my phone line and I have buffers I can use.

I dunno? These two programs get kicked off a lot. Maybe I notice it more because they are my favorites.
