I can't find his blog, and I did not hear a reference to where he was last night or this night.
I hope it's only holiday days off, but I am suspicious....

Sorry if there has been or is a discussion about it and I am missing it.

I just read through it quickly and it sounds to me as if he's ultimately saying we don't have a case.

Someone, please, correct me if I'm wrong??

2. I think he's being realistic.
He leaves the door open in Hocking -- without making any assertions.

He's also pretty realistic about the House Judiciary committee.

Curtis -- well, I would've liked a bit more digging on Curtis.

And he managed to work in the bits about facism and plenty of digs at the admin. Good, sound, tinfoil-free blog, IMO. Which is what we want from him; we've got enough tinfoil to go around here already. :P

4. To find Olbermann on the MSNBC site,
Hold your mouse pointer over the MSNBC TV on the left of the screen, then when the menu pops up, click on Countdown. You'll find the link to his blog on the right side of the screen.
