Yes, friends, it's time for another terralert.
No color-coding this time--maybe numbers? Maybe color-by-numbers?
Since Kerik is out, Rove is probably multitasking this gig on his own.
It will distract our attention from all those Soldier-martyrs who got their "hair mussed up".
