Did Anyone See Bush last Night At The Kennedy Center? He looked SO bored!
When they played atribute to Elton John even Laura was kinda dancing her chair a little but Bush looked SO bored! Jack Nicholson brought the house down with his trubute/roast to pal Warren Beatty. Warren looked like he was gonna piss his pant. EVERYONE was laughing & Bush had this little smirk on the whole time. Look, if your gonna play the part of the President you have to go to these things, even when you don't want to George! Atleast make it LOOK like your having fun!!!

1. The only time * enjoys himself is whenever he has adoring crowds
genuflecting in his direction. He can't stand not being the center of attention. That's why a communal shun would be soooooo gratifying.

3. And Clinton got beat up for laughing "inappropriately"...
Bush doesn't handle "real" (ie. non-staged) public events well, at all.

Think he knows that he's pretty much "odd man out" at events where smart, funny, and interesting people gather.

9. Let's not forget his "Kerry thinks the heart and soul of America...
is in Hollywood" riff.

That might be one thing he said during the campaign that he actually believed.

13. I thought it was S-O-O-O-O appropriate that . . .
Bush had to preside over an honor being bestowed upon Elton John, an avowed homosexual . . . AND that one of the songs Billy Joel chose to honor Elton was "The Bitch is Back" . . .
