Rest In Peace: A funeral.
Edited on Wed Dec-22-04 08:48 PM by Michigander4Dean
We are gathered here to remember a life well lived.

The deceased, as you all are aware, lived to the age of 228 and died last month from fascism. But to be honest, it never really recovered from being shot in the heart on November 22, 1963.

Would anyone like to offer any eulogies for this nation?

2. I forgot who said this, but the US democracy is a grand experiment.
And like all experiments, we learn more from our failures then from our successes. Sadly, it appears as if the people who learned are the repukes, who are morphing something good into something bad. Fascism.

On edit By the way, it was surprising she even survived the incidents of 09-11-01.

4. The USA and her Constitution may be on life support,
but as long as I draw breath, I won't let her die, nor will I abandon her and the ideals I was raised to believe America was built upon.

If we give up and let her rest in peace, I guess we deserve what we get. George Washington and the other Founding Fathers put their lives and fortunes on the line, and I can do no less! Give me liberty or give me death, still applies.
