DU please help me...

When I post it seems as though my views are misunderstood. Can you help me with this? Are my posts unreadable? Do they not make sense? Is my grammar horrible? Are my views or posts :crazy:? Are my views or posts not liberal or progressive enough?

Please help me? What is it that I'm not saying in the correct way? What am I not doing correctly? I really need help to understand.

anything wrong with them. From a quick perusal, you seem to have run into more than one person who disagrees with you. Sometimes people skim threads and even articles and then fire off strong replies that miss the mark. Only surrender when you're absolutely wrong. You did point out other posts and it just flew right over someone's head, nothing else you can do but hang in there and slug it out, if you have time.

Many of us are liberals who say what we mean and mean what we say - don't post unless you want honest opinions and feedback. This is not the typical warm and fuzzy "support group",this is raw Democratic politics. Keep a stiff upper lip!!!

14. You have strong opinions on topics that other DUers

also have strong opinions about.

If what you're seeking is validation of your opinions, then staying out of GD and LBN would be a great place to start. These threads seem to be places where people who agree get together in order to disagree. If people didn't want to argue, they wouldn't be posting on those threads.

Also, those who agree with what you're saying are those who are least likely to post. You'll have to keep that in mind next time. I know it's not very often that I post a response that says "I agree."

Spend some time in the Lounge. We're much more agreeable.
