Anybody see the Rev Jesse Jackson on MSNBC?
Since I stopped watching cable news and my friends know it, one friend called and told me to tune in for the Jackson interview tonight. I am glad I did. I love Jesse. He speaks the truth to power. Problem is no one is listening. But he hammered home all the points that the spineless media should be hammering. My favorite line from tonight was something like this: "We should be talking about poverty and peace not wealth and war."

He told about the neocon group trying to get Clinton to invade Iraq as far back as 1998, proving that the Iraq invasion was a war of "choice" not necessity. I forgot to tape it but I assume it will be on again tonight. I want to tape it for historical reasons.

If you missed it, hold your nose about MSNBC and watch this one interview.

2. Yep, saw it
Campbell Brown asked Jesse if he was just "taking a shot at Bush and his admin".

I started thinking.. why don't the librul press just ask any lefty "are you flying a plane into the president's twin towers issue?", or "are you placing an IED under the president's Hummer of a plan?". And get it over with.

Pointing out the obvious, as Jesse was doing, is 'taking a shot at'. :puke:

3. Sara, you should also tune in to
Kieth Olbermann's "Countdown" on MSNBC.

You'll actually hear a reporter talking about vote irregularities and even "fraud", all without the "conspiracy theory" accusations.

It's very level reporting. Tune in, turn on, and THEN drop out of cable news AFTER "Countdown" is over.
