2. They're good
Having spent a good portion of my life in catle country and having spent a good portion of my youth workign for a cattleman, I can honestly state they are best when roasted fresh from the young bull over the branding iron fire.

I had them today with friends at a French restaurant
3 of us ordered it and my friend Mike had no idea what it was. It was funny.

7. That is the same way I experienced them after branding calves
on a northern Nevada ranch. They are delicious.

6. Yeah Baby!!! Rocky Mountain Oysters...
Originally being from the Bitterroot Valley where the annual "Rocky Mountain Oyster Festival" is held, I'm extremely familiar with this cuisine and they're really not as bad as you think. Everybody should try Rocky Mountain Oysters, unless you're a vegetarian of course.

8. I vote "Meh"
Tried at a resturant in Denver near the stadium, decorated in two-headed animals. :)

Was quite a few years ago though. Not usually a fan of offal, cept for the occasional liver.
