Hawaii voters vote away their own constitutional rights...
lol - cry - lol - cry

The good people of Hawaii have voted away a bunch of their rights - worse, even - they took their own fucking rights out of their own fucking constitution:

"... On Nov. 2, voters approved three amendments to reverse the high court decisions. They also adopted a fourth amendment that allows prosecutors to file a criminal charge directly from witness statements and other evidence, instead of taking it to a judge or a grand jury..."

Smokescreen republicans at work again, playing on stupid people's fears as a method of plucking their freedoms from their open hands...

I honestly don't blame republicans for it tho, folks - any more than I blame a snake for biting me - it's what they do - it's kinda like their job. But damn if I'm not gettin sick of Americans who hate America... Or at least Americans too scared and stupid to love America...

Hawaii has one of the lowest rates of violent crime in the country - and look how easy it was to convince them to give up due process rights, and the right to confront an accuser. Sheesh.

2. Hawaiians talk about the protections built into their state laws
as a reason they don't favor other civil liberties protections. If they whittle away those protections, they will be in bad shape.

7. They were probably lied to ...

The #1 tactic of conservatives these day is just plain lying. Write one thing, than lie about what it says.
