Now let's see if the media finally starts picking up on the source of Bush family wealth.

5. Can I be sued for something my grandfather did? |
|
How about someone sue Duhbya for the crimes that he himself has committed? That makes more sense to me.

Even if the suit is thrown out, I'm still happy some of the "tin foil" stuff about Bush is coming out.

12. You can't pass bad title. If someone steals something and sells or |
|
gives it to a thrid person, you can go after that third person to get back your stolen property leaving that third person to sue the thief for breach of the warranty of title.
So, yes, if your grandfather took something that wasn't his, you might be be able to go after the person to whom your father gave it (subject to the statute of limitations, which I think a court might be able to ignore in some circumstances).

20. Adverse possession is a way to pass title and you have to |
|
meet something like 5 or 7 conditions.
Bush definitely didn't adversely possess the property of Holocaust victims.

the suit is probably that the source of the wealth was slave labor performed by Holocaust victims and concentration camp inmates, and that Bush and his family, while not guilty themselves, have benefitted from such slave and death camp labor.
That is the principle behind suits against insurance companies who insured American slaves (their wealth and profits were originally based on slave labor), and IBM, whose profits are also based on the work they did for the Nazis in developing systems for precisely locating the names and addresses of every Jewish citizen. And frankly, it's a very valid one, IMHO.

15. They've been suing since before you've been born probably |
|
because the friggin' court cases drag on for years and years, evidence that has been supressed emerges, etc. The Russians took tens of billions out of the part of Germany they controlled post WWII. Poland got a good chunk of Prussia post WW II.

Your post certainly shines a special light on you though! Several Holocaust survivors have sued and won, not all of them are Jews. Reparations have been given to a number of groups and peoples who were victimized. There have also been suits by African-Americans when their property was seized by others and passed along the White family line. Of 14 million massacred in concentration camps, almost half were Jews, that is why they make up most of the suits! Even Catholic survivors (or their families) have sued and won!

Why don't "they" all just leave the poor white folks alone? It seems like nothing is ever enough for them. But I'm just curious.

that Bush family can deal with the Nazi's and not get punsihed in any way? I thought after WWII that many companies/individuals who dealt in trade of any kind with the Nazi's were either fined like hell or thrown in jail.

27. One would think, bu History Channel last week did show re:Nazi SS Officers |
|
who were brought to U.S. after the War, to work as Intelligence Officers for U.S. intelligence service. And these guys STAYED. Very scarey.
Quite frankly, it's beginning to be apparent that a rather large Nazi element has been present in our gov't since WWII, sort of like a sleeper cell...waiting to be awakened by Prescott's grandson. I was thinking of the timing of this. And by now nearly all the WWII War Criminals would at least be in their late 80's...if alive at all. So now would be safe to re-introduce some of the Nazi doctrine here in U.S. without endangering any prior War Criminals.
Scarey stuff. Including the fast rise of Austrian-born Ahnnnald Schwartznegger, who wants to change to Constitution so he can be President!

22. How far is this case going to go? |
|
I mean do they have a proveable case? Or is it just a pipe dream? I've read of Prescott's WWII atrocities, but the case sounds too good to be true. Anyone have any ideas?
