going on to college in Nevada, the low test scores, the high dropout rate, yadda, yadda in Nevada...made Nevada look down right RED STUPID!!! And that way, you can fool alot of folks!

Yeh, on closer examination... Utah really should be much higher. I'd be surprised if it isn't on par with Connecticut for IQ scores (which are largely a measure of cultural exposure and education level.
