The people on this list are not media whores. They are merely media sluts. All these people sometimes get the facts right, and all of them sometimes go against the grain of the Bush.

pretentious overpaid newsreaders/anchors represented. CNN the most trusted name(not work - that always cracked me up)in "news" as long as its Michael, Scott, Blake, or some other dithering idiot that will have absolutely 0 effect in a real person's life. NBC, that strong stable at the Mustang Ranch and CBS who sunk so low contempt can't even find them. Little Peter at ABC still trying to be big enough and good enough - call Stuart Smalley!

Maybe our award should go to the best, brightest and the blogs - now that would be a much shorter list. :)

because his Watergate coverage gives him a veneer of journalistic saintliness but his coverage of Bush has been as dishonest as everyone else's. He projects a credibility that he doesn't have in this case.

Outfits like Sinclair and numbnutz Novak might be more extreme in their coverage, but it's too blatant IMO to impact someone who deson't already take their positions.

For starters, CNN's Candy Crowley, who, after observing John Kerry order green tea on one occasion, proclaimed that Kerry was not the public's cup of tea. I guess ol' Cand missed the tens of millions of votes Kerry got and the thousands of people who took time off from work and traveled out of state to volunteer for him. I was one. HEY, CROWLEY! The proctologist called. They found your head!

Most of the staff and board of The Washington Post, especially David Broder, who wrote a fawning column about Arnold Schwarzenegger. Not included in the Walk of Shame are cartoonist Tom Toles, who gets it right, and Mark Leibovich, who managed to convey what a hate-fest a Bush stump speech really is, and a few others who fail to make Herblock and Mary McGrory weep up in heaven.

David Brooks, for general nincompoopery, especially suggesting that Arnold Schwarzenegger and Rudy Giuliani had some sort of code of honor. :argh:

The nominees have to be people that at least originally could have passed for journalists - but have SOLD OUT big in the past year.

Hard to say about Judith Miller. If anyone trusted her before the big lie, I guess she'd be the one.
Schieffer, Infill - good candidates. Dowd hasn't been too bad lately
