Which organization is the best to donate $ for Tsunami...
disaster? There are many organizations announced on TV but I know for sure some don't donate all the $. They use the $ to pay for high executive salaries and I'll be damn if I'm giving my $ to some jerk executive or for bush's military photo-op.

I'd like to find a direct organization in Asia and skip the US organizations and their photo-ops.

Since, we're retired we're thinking about volunteering if we can find an organization that will take us and transport us to Asia. My hub has visited these countries many times on business travel.

4. Charity Navigator
http://www.charitynavigator.org/

not specifically related to the Tsunami, but you can find out what non-profits spend tons on administrative & fundraising costs and which really help the cause they claim to support or promote.

You can also find out if they'll sell your name to other charities or if they have a donor privacy policy

5. I would recommend only the secular ones.
Especially if you want to avoid spreading the gospel of bush.
