Overseas aid - is there a site that says who's given the most,
and the least?

If the US is being criticized for giving so little while being the wealthiest nation, people across the world will notice.

And it won't be the Clenis' fault if we're attacked again. God (from the Christian Bible, you confused freepers, you) destroyed entire cities because its inhabitants were selfish and greedy. The US has been very lucky, up 'til now.

Is this an unspoken way to say "Bring 'em on!"?

1. Here's a good chart
It shows the amounts of assistance given as a percentage of the countries' GNP. We are #22.
