Come on.

Every republican CEO is getting a $30 million bonus this year.

You'd think the entire US could come up with more than that for tsunami aid.

6. Insult?
Let's look at the other six wealthiest nations, and their contributions:

France: Approx $135,889
Germany: Approx $2,719,799
Canada: Approx: $814,300
Japan: Approx $30 mil.
Britain: Approx $714,136 and a bunch of sheets
Italy: A couple of planes.

So far, the other six wealthiest nations have given $34,384,124 in aid.
The EU will give about $45 million when all is said and done. I'm pretty sure we'll give a lot more as well.

7. I think India has declined aid since it is wealthy enough to aid others
but that is still stingy considering how devastating and huge this was. So many people need medical attention NOW, let alone food or shelter.

8. Huh?
How would a massive billion-dollar influx of cash help right now? Would it create doctors out of thin air? How fast could you build a hospital with a $100 million dollars?

As far as I'm concerned, it's not stingy. We've equalled the effort of every other G-7 nation combined so far.
