MSN.com says Dan Rather among top 10 scandals of 2004! |
|
Can you believe this crap? Go to www.msn.com and check out the main story promo. They name Dan Rather and Martha Stewart among the top ten scandals of the year. I followed the link to the story and at the end they asked for e-mail feedback on their story. This is what I sent them:
Dan Rather is a scandal? You've got to be joking. The biggest scandal of 2004 is the fact that George W. Bush still sits in the White House and will remain there to complete his thorough destruction of this country's economy and the people's rights during the next four years.
Democracy in this country is a failed experiment unless and until election fraud is addressed. THIS is the biggest scandal of the century, much less for 2004. Every major election since 2000 has been fraught with fraud and you call Dan Rather being duped by bogus documents a scandal. In that vein, why then was Bush's foisting upon the country the lie about yellow cake uranium and Saddam being an imminent threat to the continental United States with his "weapons of mass destruction" not a scandal in your book?
Oh, this too, too liberal media! How they pick and choose their scandals. This stuff about Dan Rather and Martha Stewart is just penny ante crap when the worst of official behaviors is condoned and ignored by the mainstream media. Get a clue you guys. Your country is dying of cancer and you are the primary carcinogen.

3. It says "business" scandals.... |
|
That, by their reckoning, leaves out Bush's monkey bidness.

4. Then what does Dan Rather have to do with "business"? |
|
That's quite a stretch wouldn't you say? Dan Rather is less related to business (being a media person) than Bush and Cheney are. Hell, they "run" the business of this country!

6. Next year it will be Ken Obermann's turn. |

And I would prefer to say MSM is a secondary tumor, metastasized from the original disease site: the secret gov't that has embedded itself in the front end of MSM over the past decades.

I like Dan Rather, he's honorable. I'm amazed at how the Repug noise machine drowned out the fact that, although the documents were false, all the information contained in them was verified to be true and accurate by the people involved (except W of course)!!!!
Scandal my ass.... I love your letter. If they want scandal, look no further than election fraud. :yourock:
