You can't always want what you get
There was a long line at the Returns and Exchanges window, and
by the time I got up there the clerk was tired and grumpy and
surrounded by a wall of reindeer sweaters and dead-batteried
iPods.

"I want to exchange something," I said firmly.
"I've tried and tried to get used to it, and I just can't
make it work for me."

He got out a form and asked, "Was it something you got on
Christmas?"

"No," I explained to him. "It was something I
got on Election Day."

.... lol first small laugh of the day
