Ever since the Iraq war justification changed from "Iraq is a threat to us" to "We are doing it all for the good of the Iraqi people", Bush has been playing the tune of sacrificing for others. But of course, its all bullshit. To Bush, the only reason to stay in Iraq is to save face, not save Iraq. So when another chance for charity comes along, well, he could care less.
