Spain gives $68 million for tsunami aid.
Bush allocates $35 mil to flood victims, keeps $40 million for his own illegitimate party, and GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH MORE for his illegal war!

:wtf: is wrong with this picture?

God, I'm so mad!

Sorry, all, just needed to vent.

"We will prevail over this {and he started to say discussion}though he quickly corrected himself to say, 'destruction'".

This paragraph from an e-mail from VoteNoWar.org, explains, in my mind, at least, why bush tripped on his own words and almost said "we will prevail over this discussion" rather than "we will prevail over this DESTRUCTION"--although he quickly corrected himself. Anyhow, this is the paragraph that may explain his tripped up words,

"President Bush, after days of silence, emerged from his Texas vacation to issue a brief statement. Following a public rebuke and the worldwide reaction of utter contempt, the initial aid offering of the Bush administration was raised from $15 million to $35 million. More is to come, Bush officials promise, as they jockey to have a U.S.-led "coalition" take the leadership of the relief effort away from the United Nations".
