Americans (and Citizens of the World) Never Forget the $15 Million!!

Never forget this--you briefly had a glimpse of it's ugly face. Immediately after the devestation of the tsunami was known, the Bush administration pledged a stinking $15 million in help. (Only international and home-grown pressure and disgust politcally pressured them into more). Yes--this IS Bush's lying Christianity (right-wing style) and "compassionate conservatism" bare butt naked for all the world to see. And for every American who is not of the inherited filthy rich (and yuppies, you are mere peons in this category), may you break out in such a cold sweat that you spend hours dry heaving over the porcelin throne when you think about how these compassionate, Christian, minons from hell will be spending the next four years stripping away any hope you have of living into old age without becoming poverty. May your ulcers eat you alive when you think about how your "good job" is only a handful of years away from becoming extinct. May you finally realize that you voted a future of horror for you and your children. May you realize that this brand of Christianity you bought into is the mask of the Devil. The $15 million offered is $14,000,500 more than George will ever spend on helping the people of this nation.

that this was only the initial amount when they originally thought the number of dead was only 10,000. Only 10,000??? Hmmm...
The Florida hurricanes saw a loss of life less than 200, and homeless at 11,000, compared to the 5 million homeless from the tsunami.

Does that mean the value of those "mere 10,000" is figured at that much less than the ones in Florida? (yes, that's rhetorical - of course they value those lives less) I think when you look at the numbers, it's pretty clear how mean and tight-fisted this "compassionate conservative" and his minions have been. There is no explanation they can give to spin it otherwise.

horror for the wax pussed, do nothing, first frump Stepford. He was the one who designed that golden atrocity with the turqoise belly bow that she recently wore to the Kennedy Center. And for the twins, they will be wearing up to the minute, definately sexy (what else?) and up to the minute, fashionable clothing, exposing decollatage,(what else?) and glittering all over in most probably the worst display of taste, and the most outrageous display of trash, for the sake of trash, on anyone's body that we have seen in a century.

As I said at the beginning, throwing massive amounts of money at the problem RIGHT AWAY may make you feel good, but it doesn't accomplish anything. Right now, most of the foriegn aid is rotting in warehouses, while navy helicopters are delivering what they can to who they can. Do you think the people mobbing our helicopters view us as ugly Americans?

Besides that, you completely miss the point of what I was saying. You are building a pulpit from the cordwood bodies of the dead in order to vent your invective.
