6. I guess she does look a bit demonic ....
what was weird in that photo is the hands that are clasped on Sr.s right side ...whose are those? Looks like a female is between him and the shrub but those look like two guys hands ...

17. Laura is in between 41 & 43, but it looks sort of like 41 is reaching
over with his right hand and he is shaking hands or clasping hands with Jr, who has his own right hand extended towards Poppy.

You can just barely see Laura's head. Her hands are in her lap, with the program. Poppy is reaching across her and it looks as if Jr is too

Babs looks like her eyes are glowing ... and not in the way my cat's eyes do when the light is just so.

5. 'f y'ask me...
shrub looks like the poster boy for "wtf did i get myself into here".

altho i don't wanna be accused of feeling anything loke compassion for the man, this picture is just such a perfect metaphor for shrub's life- loom at everyone else's face, the garvity and genuine sadness... then look at shrub.

at least popppy, given his deal with the devil, has a marginally appropriate look on his face to represent the karma he's wallowing in.

shrub looks self-centered and lost.

9. makes sense to me ...
just rewatched Farenheit 9-11 yesterday and refocused on the role daddy has played ....the part of how Shrub's Arbusto got not one dime with daddy's name on but lots of money from Saudi Arabia reminded me of the old saying about how the filthy rich never use their own money, they use other people's money ...that has got to be a major theme for the Bush clan...

25. No, it looks to me
as though they are just goofing around, and Barbara is smirking along with them. W always horses around at these solemn occasions, like a badly behaved 3-year-old. It looks as though he has been "acting up," and he and his parents are laughing about it.

Remember how he horsed around before announcing the Iraq invasion? Or how he fidgeted and played during theMemorial Day service last year? He is just playing, and Daddy and Mommy are playing, too.

7. Just to be accurate, this wasn't from September 11.
It was from the September 11 Memorial Service.

10. sorry about that, in my hurry, forgot to make the destinction
but how do you explain the smug smirk on daddy's face at a 9-11 memorial?? Was he ringing through the profits that were made from 9-11 for him and his buddies?? Brain going "ka-ching, ka-ching, ka-ching!"

18. No one can know what he was thinking.
Might've been sinister, might've been innocuous. I certainly won't begrudge anyone for speculating. I do it myself. :)

The only reason I posted was just to avoid inaccuracy. That, IMHO, is the single biggest thing setting us apart from the freepers' damn-the-facts mindset.

The truth serves us well. Freepers must rely on deception.

32. I agree that we can't know.
Because it is the bush family I presume the worst...

But I can imagine a brief smile when offering comfort and support to your child in a very sad situation.

It was right after W had finished speaking and he just sat down in the pew. I remember thinking, 'Well, I guess daddy approves of something."

22. nice work ! ...now, for your next question....
Edited on Sun Jan-02-05 07:49 PM by diamond14
the ".jpg" has to exist somewhere in the internet, so we can access and look at it....afterall, we can't LOOK at your computer...but we can look all over the internet...

so sometimes, I save '.jpg' ADDRESSES (URL) in order to post later, because the ADDRESS refers to a web site holding that photo...

so....in order to put YOUR computer file onto DU, you first need to host it on a web site....there are lots of ways to do that....some cost money, some are free....one way is to get your OWN web page ($$)

here's a FREE site....try it...post YOUR photo here on this "image dump", then use the same process you used for the CHIMP, and post it here....TRY IT NOW...so we can see your great work ! (don't forget the ADDRESS (URL) or you'll never find it again on these big FREE dumps....

12. Click on the link and open it in a new window. Right-click on the picture
and choose "Properties" (very bottom). Totally hightlight the Address (URL) and press Ctrl +C (Copy). Close out the Properties window. Come back here and edit your message. Hit Ctrl +P (Paste). Update your message and it should be automatically posted as a picture. Like this:

29. Sickening
I was home the day of the service, so I watched it. At one point, the camera zoomed in on *, so he turned his face to look straight at the lens and did a "chuckle-chuckle-wink" kinda thing, as if to say, "Hey there, you rascally camera folks. You got me! Heh-heh!"

It was so inappropriate, and really startling. The misleader of the free world, having the old in-joke with the American audience. . .
