Why hasn't Cheney been indicted yet?
Supposedly that "notoriously independent" magistrate in France was hot on the trail of Halliburton's bribery of Nigerian government officials and was prepared to indict Cheney as head of Halliburton.

But I've seen nothing on it for quite some time. The Nation did this article a year ago:

Has the magistrate been sent to Gitmo or what?

4. Tons of stuff like this...Remember when Judicial Watch served him
with papers on the energy policy commission meetings, and he ignored them completely, refused to accept them?

The law doesn't apply to these people. They ignore you, and wait for their judges to back them up.

5. What's wrong with you? Don't you realize that ...
the Bushistas, particularly Cheney, are above the law? And if they find that they're not above it, then they'll damn well change it.

7. Seriously, who do you think would do that?
Give me a break. This is a regime of rogues and crooks. They're not going to indict each other.

8. If he was indicted by the French in French courts, would the US
MSM bother telling us? It's not like the French government has any authority to extradite and arrest him.
