3. Well the issue makes you wonder how these pundits make thier real money
Fundamentally we must expose the truth about the media. Most people just bought up the 'liberal media' lie and they think the media is reliable.....we must move people liberal and independant sources.

9. No way!
What we are seeing in Chris Hitchens is just long term dementia setting in. Heavy drinking will do that to you eventually.

Not every right wing shill has been paid off. Some really were just born assholes.

Just the ones who put their hands out. And according the story in USA Today, Armstrong Williams would have whored out his column for free in support of NCLB. But when you can pick up a cool quarter million from the administration, what's a bruthah to do? Holla if ya hear me!

11. We have always known Hitchens had a heavy addiction to Scotch.

One brief moment as a "Nation" reader Hitchens had some bright moments as a critic of Ken Starr and how Starr crucified Clinton aides such a Linday....
But alcoholism has its toll in rational thought. How can liberals be so tolerant...Remember as a departing Nation Columnist he insulted the magazine/readers that gave him an overly tolerant independent voice...
Alcoholism and gold digging has its effects.
