This site is sad. The pictures and comments are heart-breaking. What a evil bunch of people in the White House.

That helps. Send it to the Freepers. Maybe they enjoy gloating over death.

On edit: Sorry, no flame intended. My son is in the Marine Corps.

3. This is so horrendously sad...
This site brings together so many emotions for me.

For one--the death and destruction of innocents is just so upsetting. I feel such grief for the Iraqi people--who have lost loved ones, homes and the simple joy of safely walking down the street. We did this to these people, because the PNAC warmongers wanted to have an excellent adventure. We are murderers.

Secondly--Bush said we were going to Iraq because the country definitely had WMD. There is none. Now they constantly claim that "freedom in on the march" and that we are bringing "democracy and freedom to the Iraqi people". Our initial reasons were lies. Our current justifications are even bigger lies.

I don't know how much more of this I can take.

I wanted to post a message to these people--telling the world that I'm sorry for what we have done. It's hard to feel that way about your own country. I feel a strong desire to show up in Iraq, comfort these Iraqi people, help them and apologize to them? Those actions would make me a criminal in the eyes of my government.

How am I supposed to feel about that?

Lastly--our media shows us none of this. Not one scintilla. They damn well should. This is reality. They cover it up, so people won't feel strong emotions about it. The American people are being controlled and manipulated into passivity. Why can't the media tell the truth. Journalists have a moral obligation to report the news. I have a degree in journalism. I sat through the ethics classes. Where are the journalists??? There are none. We only have public-relations strategists who dish up canned, White-House-sanctioned pseudo stories.

I'm so revolted right now.
