Brian WIlliams just compared *'s protection with |
|
what is going on in Iraq...
Williams just said the pResident's car has beeter armor and protection than the armored vehicles in Iraq. Talked aobut what a long way we have come, from predidents arriving in horse drawn carriages or walking from the Capitol, to Bush's mammoth protection screening of "war wagons" (SUV's) etc.

1. That was a subtle hit at how Mr. Bush is neglecting our soldiers. |

7. I agree. Waht's odd is |
|
my first time ever noticing him (i was a dedicated Dan Rather watcher, until CBS shafted him) was on the Daily Show. I found him to be quite witty and he had both me and Jon in stitches i think.
Well as he was leaving the interview Jon said to him - You know you have to be careful - one day you're going to come out and really say what you think. and I want to watch that.
made me think maybe he's a friendly.

I would think that the President having to be driving to his own innaugural in an effective tank would be a step backwards from a horse drawn carriage.

6. Can we just drag the president behind the horses? |
|
From my understanding, that would not be torture.

10. What a wonderful suggestion, |
|
both of you! But first he needs to be stripped down, afterall, that isn't torture, either, is it? And we need hungry unmuzzled dogs barking at his nekked ass as the horse diarrhea spews on him.

13. And let's make sure to capture that moment on film |
|
That way we can see the images 24/7 on Faux News just like they did with the images of the enlisted guards at Abu Ghraib.

Because all of the sychphants on cable last night were smiling, laughing. Do they realize what we don't - that none of this matters and democracy may be a big joke???
