Tenent's Mea Culpa begs the question |

Lets say it happened just like they want us to believe it happened, isn’t the question then, “what other presidential statement about anything is false due to incompetence?”
If the world can not trust this administration to be diligent and competent in their decision making on something as important as war, then what does that say about their decision making skills on anything else.

1. Isn't hiding their actions from the people.... |

...the reason this warlust regime has such a penchant for secrecy? Consider now the nation's energy policy (read: oil, oil and more oil) was written, er, dictated by big-bucks energy companies behind Crashcart Cheney's closed doors.
I am certain that one reason for the secrecy is to continually hide the tracks of incompetence, poor planning, bad judgment and pure greed while assuring the American people that everything is bidness as usual. At least from the neocon point of view.
As much outrage as I sense about this at DU, I do not find the same level of anger in the general public. Nor did Poppy and Reagan go down as a result of that whole messy Iran-Contra affair. Lord, if anyone ever needed to be impeached.... Even Ollie North is now a reich-wing hero.
