Doesn't Viacom own CBS, too?

Could it be that Jon Stewart is a funny Dan Rather with balls?

8. Don't laugh too hard…Viacom is considering moving Jon to CBS
when they revamp their news program in the wake of Dan Rather's imminent 'retirement'.

9. A merger
Comedy Channel (HBO) and Ha! (MTV Networks) merged (Comedy Partners) to form Comedy Central...at least at the beginning. It might have changed since then. I haven't had cable in years.
