My Message to "Boxer's Bunch" who voted against Rice today:
Edited on Wed Jan-26-05 09:59 PM by Tamyrlin79
Dear Senator XXXXXX,

I am not your constituent, but as a fellow American I am writing to thank you for voting against the nomination of Condileeza Rice as Secretary of State. I applaud you for standing against the lying and warmongering of this administration and for simply doing the right thing. Perhaps in future votes you can persuade your weak-kneed democratic colleagues to join you in standing on the firm ground of principle. Their names have been noted for their cowardice, just as yours has been noted for your courage and conviction.

Sincerely,
XXMeXX
Gulfport, MS

3. Great message! Short, sweet, and the point.
Unfortunately, you misspelled "Condoleezza," but that's easy to do! :D

6. I'm still trying to calm down enough
to write a letter to Hillary and the rest of them who voted yes. What were they thinking? Lieberman sounded like a republican out there in his defense of Rice. Obama was also a disgrace with his vote. They want to abandon the democratic party? fine. They'll go without my donations and service the next election.

7. Right on!! What a woman!!! She makes me proud to be a dem.
A little woman willing to speak the truth and show the deceit and lies of this vile administration who is bankrupting this country financially and morally has apparently dragged some of the others with her. I am proud to say my senator, Evan Bahy, voted no.

When she told "don't impugn my integrity Condi," that I am not impugning anything..these are YOUR words, I about wet my pants.

Woohoo, you go Barbara..take the gloves off girl!!!
