over a leak. He even went as far to say the leaks could be a federal crime. So if that is true, what do you it call when the President knowing lies during the SOTU speech? What do you call it when the President and his entire administration lied about almost every reason for waging their preemptive war against Iraq? And what do you call it when this misadministration repeatedly lies about what they did and didn't know about the attacks on 9-11? You call it treason.

As the panel's hearings began, stories appeared about the NSA intercepts, drawing a heated White House rebuke. Vice President Cheney telephoned Goss and Graham to chastise them for the disclosures, while presidential spokesman Ari Fleischer said the information was "alarmingly specific" and could compromise the war on terrorism. Administration officials said the leaks could be a federal crime.

1. Cheney was INTIMIDATING Congress.

He wanted to make certain the then-Democratically controlled Senate didn't delve too far into 9-11. The supposed leaks were from stories DAYS after 9-11, when the administration itself stated the NSA had intercepted chatter regarding something big.

What could Sneering Dick and Smirking Moron be so afraid of that Congress would discover and leak? How about a printed copy of the CIA Presidential briefing delivered to the Turd in Crawford? That would pretty much spell out the criminal negligence, gross incompetence and treasonous activities of the Bush Cabal.

Thus, from a Constitutional perspective, Sneering Dick's intimadion was more frightening than anything Dick Nixon ever did. So let's get the Truth out there, Mr. Tenet and Sen. Levin. Let the chips fall where they may and may Smirk and Sneer end up making little ones out of big ones at Leavenworth. The sooner, the better.
