1. The Anti-Choice People Don't Matter Now

Last year he needed them to cram in the church busses worried that gays will force their children to have abortions or some crazy shit. Dred Scott is a screwed up "legal" concept equating abortion with slavery and that states rights should trump federal mandates on this and other social issues. Of course this doesn't include elections...where this regime went to court to do 180 degrees from what they "stand for".

Right now we've got war profits to make, nations to invade, people to scare and an economy to plunder...the "moral values" issues don't matter this year. Also, without abortion as an issue, the GOOP loses a major hold on a lot of its sheeple. They want to plunder, not be successful.
