Talk about delusional - are all Freeps this mental.???
Freepazoid:

What we are currently having the historic pleasure of watching is a good president become a great one. President Bush is becoming more eloquent, more self assured, and his ideas and visions are timeless: freedom, liberty, ownership, justice. I believe he will go down as one of the finest American leaders of the 21st century. History awaits.

:+ :puke: :eyes:  :wtf: :spank: :nuke: :scared:

2. "History awaits," indeed!
And history will not be kind to this freak or his cronies.

Freepers are so far detatched from reality it's not even funny.

3. yes...
I believe they are.. was just over at the gma message boards to see what they had to say about last night.. And this one keeps spouting that the majority of america talks and thinks like * and rice and that if we were smart we would too. The majority of Americans wanted and love * ... so tired of this...

What happened to America... it hasn't felt like home in such a long time. The hatred and the lies..when will it stop????

10. "it hasn't felt like home"
That's why most of us come here. So many people who suddenly don't recognise their country are looking around saying "where the @#% did everybody go?"

We are finding each other in the "alternate media" since we've been banished from the corporate media. The light is on in the window at Air America. We WILL get back in the door.

17. Yes, we have Air America and I am very grateful
for that! And DU and the internet too. My only fear and I hate to even admit it, but how long before they take these things away from us too? Clear Channel is broadcasting Air America in some markets and that freaks me out a bit. How long will they tolerate it? How long before they do what they did to Howard Stern? And the internet? How long before sites like this are shut down for some trumped up reason? All of it is absolutely frightening and seriously if it wasn't for the optimism of many here on DU I would seriously have already packed my bags and left the country. I just don't recognize this country anymore. Even though I know all of the b.s. is massive propaganda on a disgustingly sinister scale, it's still difficult to judge how much of this country really would stand up to the evil regime if they had to. Will it be enough to make a difference? That's the question. I pray-and I'm not religous, just spiritual-that they will if push comes to shove.

5. watch your videotape of the last SOTU address
I think you'll find them eerily similar. Shrub just repsewed the same rhetoric without any thought to how were going to pay for any of it.

14. Yep. Delusional. Ignorant. Stupid. Morans.
As long as the criminal has an (R) afetr his name, they'll support anything he does.

Can you imagine if CLINTON -or ANYONE with a (D)- had claimed immediate threat WMD mushroom clouds can't wait, and sent our troops to warwithout enough RIFLES AMMO BODY ARMOR????!!

And then NO WMD and Clinton's own handpicked weapons inspectors BOTH reporting NO WMD since the early 1990s???!!

Do you think freepers would be hailing Clinton -or ANYONE with a (D) for something a f*cking LUDICROUS as "spreading democracy" by invasion & occupation???!!

1440 dead US men, women & teens, the freepers would be cheering???

Not a bloody chance in hell.

But when it's an (R), the (R) can do anything and the freeps will rah rah rah.

Biggest hypocrites and stupidest MFers on the planet. They don't even know what stance bush has on issues.

16. they are all delusional shallow thinkers
Other than "ownership" (whatever the hell that means), "freedom, liberty, ownership, justice" are not the little bushturd's ideas and visions. They are shallow, empty rhetoric.

I think the great political divide in this nation falls along two clear lines: intelligence and a sense of irony.

If you have a triple-digit IQ and any sense of irony, you see the neocons for the lying criminals they are. If not, you salivate on cue and fall into goose-stepping lockstep.

20. How
can he go down as one of the finest American leaders when he never really leads anyone? He's a follower himself. The causes he fights for aren't his causes. He clearly has demonstrated time and times again he really has no care what he does or how he does it. He's most concerned with himself and his image. Which is why he can so easily shift from one focus to another.

To the point anyone that follows his leadership in say gay marriage has to be wondering now when he's going to start to throw that support for Gay civil unions. I mean he said just before the election he was for it right? I mean he really feels they way right?

I've never saw another politicain that had so little passion for anything.
