1. Leftwingers. Then again, they're all from Norway... so maybe it's a little
skewed. (I have a Norwegian political blog)

3. I just bowed out of an incipient flame war that
occurred on someone else's blog. (It was linked from a mailing list that I'm on, and I felt moved to comment on it.)

The comments started out with more left-wingers agreeing with the article that the blogger had posted, but gradually the right-wingers came on in an escalating spiral of viciousness. I started out by posting a brief note about how appalling these posts were, and I immediately became a target.

One of the posters even followed me into my private e-mail address, sent a harangue, and then went back to the board to complain about my refusing to engage him.

You can see the typical freeper tactics of throwing in irrelevancies (including falsehoods) and then acting all intellectually superior when you don't engage every point they make.
