Did anyone hear about Bush's racist comment some time ago...

I read about it. Bush was on a visit to Brazil a couple years ago and he asked the Brazilian President "Do y'all have blacks here too?" and the Brazilian man was puzzled at this statement, and then Condi interrupted the awkward moment and said "yes, brazil has blacks too. Some say Brazil has the most blacks outside of africa". Later, the Brazilian President remarked that Bush has "alot to learn about civil rights". I read about this somewhere, if you need me to, I can try to find a link.
