The real reason why Bush* named Sept 11 "Patriots' Day"
Because the people, who he allowed to die, opened the door for PNAC and himself to engage in their "foreign policies". He's thanking them, for they have paid the ultimate price for him*. Even though they wouldn't have given him a fucking* inch of support had they known his* plans.

Note he* also helped Bin Laden's family but tried to exterminate all of Saddam's. If they're all terrorists, why the preferential treatment for bin Laden, if nothing else?!

We, the real Patriots of America, should be ashamed. Not just ashamed, but hot steaming mad.

2. When did this arrant nonsense arise?
And has anyone actually been assinine enough to use the term? Or are you (I pray) simply joking?

I'd call it Patriot's Day if it turned out to be the day he and the whole crew were led out in handcuffs and spreader-bars. Otherwise he can blow it out his ass. And I suspect enough real Americans feel the same to make any such fatuous PR attempt on his part fall flat on its pathetic face.

4. I am not joking - it reminded me of "PATRIOT ACT" (another reason)
One of my bosses did at work, though he was simply forwarding an e-mail so he's not directly to blame. :-) Which is strange, I've always gotten the impression he's a Democrat.

Ever since I heard the term, I had to think about it. "Patriot Act" instantly came to mind. Patriot Act to screw our rights along with his carnage and revenge and lust for oil for his corporate buds. That's who his patriots are.

I'd hate Bush* with all my guts, but that shrivelled little devil worshipper is not worth my time.

3. Should have called it Patriot Act Day
Since that's what he manipulated 9-11 hysteria to get passed
