3. Don't hold your breath -- most of them are probably on the
WH payroll too.

Hey - there's supposed to be incriminating photos of Gannon -- have they all been taken down??

10. They don't have to be on the WH payroll. A paycheck from corporate media
is pretty much proof of whoring. Not too much gets said on the GE channel without corporate/junta approval. Am sure same can be said for FAUX, CNN, and most M$M. It is not a liberal media it is the mouthpiece/propaganda tool of Corporate Criminals.

5. War is more interesting. Thus, the focus on Iran.
Besides, I don't think they'd want to be embedded with Gannon. . . though it doesn't sound like they'd be the first. ;)

7. Olbermann....I read a post here that said
he would be reporting on it tonight....I still don't look for it to make waves. The bar is set so low on the radar of the MSM, wonder what it would take?

9. Hey, KO pushed the Ohio recount story into the light
Maybe he can shame the rest of the MSM into doing the same with this. Any journalist worth his credentials should be OUTRAGED that this hack was able to get into the WH press corps -- it goes against all ethics of the profession.

12. Notice it took the gay porn angle
to really get any attention AT ALL from the MSM. The rest of the story has been out there for 2 weeks. But who can sell "fake journalist in the WH"? Ethics? The Press? Zzzzzz... Now "Fake journalist linked to gay porn", that is a story they can run with.

8. Sorry... I just can't get too worked up about this...
It's a triumph for good...

But, I've seen the RWers climb unscathed from much much
larger flaming manure falls than this one.

I won't be holding my breath.

I wish you all the luck in the world! :)

13. Agreed
This story may make a dent in our little world of the left, but in the big picture, it'll die like all the others.

20. You sound like my husband...
...who also says "so what, nothing's going to happen to any of these assholes. Why get worked up?" We just had a big "discussion" over lunch. I personally think if enough people get worked up, something WILL come from all these scandals. Congress critters at least are beholden to their constituencies (even Republicans) and if enough scandals come out and people get enraged enough, they will start abandoning the sinking ship. We can't EVER give up.

15. I don't know about the MSM, But I think "The Daily Show" has him...
...in action! :think:John Stewart referred to a reporter as "Chip Rightwingastien" of the "Bush Agenda Gazette." I bet this is Gannon.
:bounce:
At the link below, it will take you to a page on Comedy Central.com, Then click the "Video" box that has the title and graphic "Look Who's Talking." The clip is after the :45 second Commercial.

It's a very funny clip, but if you have limited time, Gannon is at approx. 1 min 15 seconds (1:15).

Check it out!

18. If Jon and Co. continue the hits on Gannon
then it will resonate and possibly shame some of the MSM into reporting the story of a WH plant with questionable credentials. Once again, we have to resort to a show on Comedy Central to report the degradation of our government. Our free press is failing us. They're more worried about their paychecks than they are doing their job. Slippery slope to facism with the MSM greasing the skids.

16. Pretty amazing since he was part of the 'inner circle'.
White House press credentials don't come without background checks. He was a plant. Anyone in the circle who criticizes is probably OUT!

17. The MSM won't cover a story unless
It is in their interest, generates revenue somehow, or there is a public uproar about it. Its up to us to create the uproar. Start flooding the MSM outlets with emails about this. Flood their radar with it so nothing else shows up.

The MSM is not owned by the Bushistas. Its just generally in their interest to play along. They will bite their hand if there is enough reason to do so. Give it to them.

24. They are all busy trying to find info to discredit Gannon expose.
Believe me, if it had been about Rather or some "liberal" pundit they would have been all over this story with or without proof. Remember Drudge headlines stories and than has to retract them and that is not a problem for him...BUT he hasn't touched this one.
