Did you hear Sean Hannity critizing the dem debators for all of their "ad hominem" attacks on Bush? I was laughing my como se llama off. Does he have a clue how ridiculous that is, considering what he has done to Clinton and Gore in the past, just for starters? Nellie, what a gash!

2. Really, that was so pathetic |

Alan could have nailed him, but as usual he just drank his coffee. If I were Alan, I would have asked Bill Bennett what the Vegas odds were on the candidates.

be able to live with being such a screaming disgrace and laughing stock. How the hell does that man get up in the morning and go to work knowing that each day he sacrifices another small piece of dignity and pride?

He's making way more money at FAUX then he ever could doing anything else. Colmes is pathetic.

I think COlmes does a very good job given the hostile environment he works in. Im sure he constantly has to put up with being cold shouldered by the loonies that work there and he pounces on the right wingers and nails them as needed. He has the balls to take them on in their forum. I commend him

15. Have you read the chapter on Hannity and Colmes |
|
in Al Franken's book? Colmes is basically a wimp and Hannity's token "liberal."

ask bill bennet what the vegas odds are on the candidates, lofl :)
sean was the one employing ad hominem, as per usual.... he was complaining about their arguments not being substantive, but his own argument stating as much wasn't substantive in and of itself.... he was somehow wanting the candidates to expound in thorough detail on their various plans.... hello?! they only have what seemed like a few seconds to respond to queries, in reality, probably about a minute. if there were any that could indeed run through details of their plans that ought to be far more complex than the time allotted would allow in doing so, they don't deserve to be up there.
so basically he was asking the impossible, and in doing so, setting each of them up for automatic failure in not possibly being able to meet with the absurd criteria he decided to impose just so he could look as though he had some kind of actual retort.... it was funny to see him have to kiss sharpton's ass a bit when being made to speak to him instead of the usual shit talking manipulation he and other conservatives engage in to try and discredit al, and i'm glad al stood up for his comment about george acting like a gang leader.... funnier though is sean chiding the democrats for allegedly not having any good orators and elocutionists on hand..... as though george bush were or something. again, holding the democratic candidates to different, arbitrary and severely biased standards than he apparently would of repukes..... not very fair and balanced i gotta say, which is really the first i've noticed that contradiction of skewing away from that marketing gimmick ever at fox news, of course

8. Attacking a person for his actions is not 'ad hominem' |
|
Of course, I don't expect Hinanety to know the difference. (See, calling him 'Hinanety' is ad hominem.)

12. Sean Hannity's audience doesn't know that |
|
They probably thought he was really smart for using that word. I'm being serious.

10. I had the VCR on Fox News to record |
|
And it was still tuned to that channel when I couldn't help but hear Hannity. He had two other people on in a three way and they were saying Oh, my, do you believe what those Democrats did in the worst fussy Mrs. Olsen on Little House on the Prairie gossip voice you'd imagine. If they only knew how they look.

14. In Hannity's twisted little pea-brain |

everything he's ever said about a Democrat is TRUE, so it's not an attack.
I heard a wingnut say that one time, can't remember who it was though.
